Southall Nights

Placeholder copy — replace with the real synopsis. Southall Nights follows the promoters, DJs and dancers who turned community halls into the beating heart of a new British sound.

Through archive footage and first-hand accounts, the film pieces together the nights that never made the papers but changed the culture for good.

Part celebration, part reckoning, it asks what was won, what was lost, and who gets to tell the story.
